Add more layouts for the Blog List in the Filter screen and set a default layout from Setting.BlogListLayout.

Chat notifications now work for apps that use OneSignal by storing the real user ID in Firestore chat room users (previously, only email-based user data was stored). Existing rooms are migrated to the real user ID when they are opened or updated, with email used as a fallback.
Pass sender and receiver user ids through the normal chat screen flow.

Pinned local_auth_android to a fixed version to resolve a build failure introduced by Android Gradle Plugin 9+ (AGP 9), where local_auth_android was missing compileSdk in its build.gradle.kts. This fixes the NullPointerException crash during Gradle configuration.
